How to File Effectively
Step 1: Call 119 and get a complaint number. Write it down. This is your tracking ID.
Step 2: Be specific. Don't say "no water." Say:
Step 3: File as a bulk complaint. If your entire street or block is affected, say "bulk complaint" — this triggers a different escalation path.
Step 4: Follow up after 48 hours. Call 119 again with your complaint number. Ask for status.
Step 5: Escalate to 1339. If KWSB hasn't responded in 72 hours, call the CM Helpline. Reference your KWSB complaint number.
