Filing a Complaint
For generator or industrial noise:
- Record the source, address, dates and approximate duration from a safe location
- Contact the operator or building management if it is safe to do so
- Use the current complaint channel published by Sindh EPA or the relevant local authority
For a venue or event:
- Contact venue management first when there is no immediate safety concern
- Call Police 15 for an active disturbance that needs immediate police attention
- Keep a dated record for any follow-up with the licensing or environmental authority
For construction:
- Note the site address, contractor or project name if displayed, and working hours
- Use the relevant building-control, cantonment, society or municipal complaint channel
